We provide access to educational services including online classes, physical classes, workshops, seminars, recorded video lessons, and course materials. All payments made to Ninaro are considered final.

No Refund Policy

• Ninaro does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  This applies to:
  • Course fees
  • Enrollment fees
  • Subscription fees
  • Workshop or seminar fees
  • Payments made via PayHere or any bank/card method

Once a payment is made and access to the course/material/class is granted, the transaction is non-refundable.

Class Rescheduling or Cancellation

• In the event that Ninaro cancels or reschedules a class, we may provide alternate sessions or access to recorded lessons.
• This will be at the sole discretion of Ninaro.
